Terms of Service

Prediction Edge publishes informational content and data visualizations about elections and prediction markets. The current site includes election analytics and optional in-product feedback submission.

We do not operate a prediction market, brokerage, exchange, wallet, or trading platform, and we do not execute trades or hold customer funds.

You must be able to form a binding contract with us and comply with the laws that apply where you access the Service. You are solely responsible for how you use the content on the Site and for complying with any rules governing prediction markets, trading, or gambling in your jurisdiction.

You should not make trading or investment decisions based solely on our content. Consider seeking guidance from a qualified professional before you trade.

Markets, including prediction markets, are volatile and risky. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any content.
• Content may be delayed, incorrect, incomplete, based on third-party sources, or become outdated quickly.
• You assume all risks that arise from your use of the Service and any action you take based on it.

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, markets, data providers, APIs, dashboards, or tools. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, reliability, or legality. Your use of those services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

The Service, including text, graphics, logos, and data visualizations, is owned by Prediction Edge or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Service.
• Scrape, spider, harvest, or bulk-download content.
• Remove proprietary notices or attempt to circumvent technical protections.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without obligation to you.

Our separate Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, including optional feedback submissions and automatically collected technical data. By using the Service, you consent to that policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

Without limiting the foregoing, we disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, or any warranties that arise out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, up-to-date, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDICTION EDGE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, trading losses, trading opportunities, or market losses, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, and in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prediction Edge and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

We may modify the Service and we may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after updates are posted means you accept the changes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for operational, security, or legal reasons. Sections that should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law, remain in effect if your access ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Nevada to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

Optional arbitration clause: Any dispute may be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Nevada on an individual basis. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. You may seek individual relief in small-claims court if eligible.

You may not use or access the Service if you are located in or are a resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, or if you appear on a United States government list of restricted parties. You agree to comply with applicable export, re-export, and sanctions laws.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us for the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them without restriction.
• Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
